The alpine views from my room were simply breathtaking. The staff was friendly, making every interaction enjoyable, and the breakfast spread offered delightful surprises each morning.

Regrettably, the internet connection was spotty, affecting my ability to stay connected. Also, the loud noise from nearby rooms made it hard to relax at times.

We had an wonderful stay! The breakfast was an absolute highlight featuring fresh seasonal fruits, high-quality meat products, cereals and fresh press juices and smoothies.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but it was acceptable.

Arriving at Suvretta House felt warm thanks to the beautiful decor and inviting ambiance of the lobby. The staff greeted me with genuine smiles, making me feel welcomed immediately. I loved the fantastic lake view from my room. it took my breath away every morning. The breakfast was top-notch, featuring fresh seasonal fruits and high-quality meats that I couldn't get enough of. The staff consistently went above and beyond, especially in the restaurant, where their efficiency impressed me. However, I did notice some inconsistencies in service at times, particularly during peak dining hours. The pool area felt a bit crowded, reminding me of a public facility rather than the luxury experience I expected. A few details in my room needed attention. the carpet showed signs of wear, and some furniture seemed outdated. Nonetheless, the housekeeping staff maintained a spotless environment. The concierge service was helpful, offering plenty of recommendations. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Suvretta House, with just a few areas for improvement that I'd love to see addressed on my next visit.

The skiing facilities are impressive, offering private beginner slopes and a well-equipped ski room. Room cleaning lacked attention to detail, leaving some areas in need of extra care.

The stay was fantastic, especially for a winter getaway with friends. We loved the wellness club. it was an absolute highlight of our trip! The delicious breakfasts added to the experience, with so many options to choose from. Plus, the ski facilities made getting to the slopes very easy, which was perfect for us as avid skiers.

It was a strong match for a couple of nights in St Moritz with value for the price. The suite we had was newly renovated with a beautiful lake view. If you have high expectations, this probably isn't the place for you.
